So, today I made a typo in my facebook status. oops. Seems like I should be able to update those 10 or so words without a typo but nope. So, instead I’ve declared my self queen of typos.

Speaking of facebook – if you’re bouncing around fb looking for something to do you can become a fan of Jady Images. I know it’s what you’ve always wanted to do.

Today I’m thinking about Cuba. I am not Cuban so I don’t have official opinions about anything but recently when we were in the airport going to Minnesota we walked by not just one but 2 flights leaving from Miami to Cuba. That was kind of cool because it’s not something I’d ever seen before.

So today’s photo is one is not one from today because I spent all morning screening assistant applicants. Did you know we’re hiring? Now you do. Instead this image is one I took a few weeks ago when I was off confering at a conference with other photographers and learning how to be even more of a rockstar than I already am

So, the new blog format is coming along. The image on the header is now from the studio – very important. The side panels (if you see them) are green. I think that there is an issue with the comments that may be beyond my technical ability and I have no idea how to get rid of the twitter bar … or actually to hook it to my totally inactive twitter feed. I may have to call in the reinforcements for that. By reinforcements I mean I’m going to ask my brother for help but he’s a little sleep deprived with a new baby so it may not be an immediate answer. That’s okay. I’ve discovered that I can be quite patient in my middle-ageness.

I’m calling todays photo of the day the header graphic – although 2 of the 3 are repeats. Maybe all 3 actually.

In other news today is a big day because I actually remembered to bring a sandwich to put in my little fridge for lunch and that’s not all … juice boxes. I know — I live an exciting life.

In the past I haven’t been too great about updating the blog but I’ve turned over a new leaf and I plan to try to update the blog regularly. We’ll see what happens.

I hope that you … whomever you are…enjoy reading the blog and seeing images from recent sessions. Not all sessions are posted to the blog. There’s no rhyme or reason to what or who I post. So, if you’re not posted please don’t take it personally.

Did you know that you can subscribe to the blog? Where you’ll see if there are new posts and can read it at your leisure without having to remember to go back and check if it’s updated? It’s very cool. There are several ways to do it and I’m by no means an expert. In my browser, Firefox (which I love) I have a blog reader in the toolbar and I simply add the feed there. Then I can select that and see if there is a new post and if so I read it and if not I’m onto the next thing. Super cool. I recommend it.
