Here it is. You’ve waited all year for this. Okay maybe only Amy waits all year for this but still it’s time for the cover contest from the images from 2009.

We tried really hard to narrow this down and we still came up with 33 contenders. It’s a lot of choices but we know you can do it.

The image with the most votes will be on the splash page for JadyImages.com. Ah the glory and fame! The winner also receives – An 11 by 14 Canvas from their next session. That’s right an 11 by 14 Canvas! The next 5 winners by total number of votes will be on the first page of the website JadyImages.com in a slideshow — more fame and glory. So, vote and tell your friends. And then tell your friends to tell their friends.

Some fine print. Marcy and I and our immediate families cannot vote. You’ll also be happy to know that our families are not in the contest.

Other than that the only rules are that we think that the polling software will only let you vote once. The winner will get a gift certificate for their prize. Th award cannot be redeemed for cash, can be exchanged for one single item of equal or less value, cannot be transferred and must be redeemed during before August 1st, 2010.

The cover contest is over. It’s my first contest on a blog and it was terrific fun and I’m thrilled with the results. Tune in next week to see the results on the home page. We’re actually going to have 6 winners because I omitted image 7 by accident from the voting and so in order to be fair I’m going to include that family in the rotation and the awards.

Onto new things. There is somebody new in the studio. Her name is Jocelyn and she goes by Jozy (like Josie and the pussycats). She’s a student at the Miami International University which used to be the Art Institute. And she’s helping me out. So when you call you might speak to her instead of me. And when you come by you might see her instead of me too.
